Foods like beans, rice, yams, baked potatoes, fruits and vegetables, and many others. Remember, knowing about all these tips is just half the battle, there is nothing that could beat constant check-up with your doctor and constant vigilance about your blood glucose level before and after eating to prevent you from the risks of diabetes.
